This is the second deluge in three weeks... Ugh! Generally I like the rain. It is so soothing to fall asleep to and very relaxing. This spring it has really stressed me out by flooding roads on my way to work and aggravating the (most likely original) spark plugs in my car. I can only cross my fingers that the downpours won't cause too much erosion and will at least lead to early flowers since the soil will be so moist. Here's hoping anyway.

3/25/2010 - GREEN!!!!!!!
Finally some green is poking up from last year's plant remnants.
It should be with all the rain we've been getting lately!

So, my project 365 isn't so 365 is it?
Yeah, so, I've been bad and my little break turned into almost a month of photographic inactivity. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa! So, I'm getting back to it now that we are in spring and there are buds emerging. Shocker, my first image is yarn. It's the easiest thing for me to photograph, especially when I don't have a lot of time. This beauty is one of 4 skeins I am using to make a seed stitch ruffled shawl. Currently, it had defeated me on two occasions, but after I finish a couple more projects I'm going to try again. For the life of me and can't figure out how to increase AND keep the stitch pattern going. So very confused. Here's a link to the pattern for my impending Ruffled Shawl.
