7/27/2017 - Heron in Flight

Saw a heron during a short walk I had to take for work. He flew away before I could get close enough to take a closeup though. Too bad, he was pretty!

7/25/2017 - Swans Under the Clouds

Took a leisurely walk along the bike trail with the kiddo and my mom tonight. We saw these swans along the way; they seemed to be enjoying unseasonable cloudy and 60 degree weather just as much as we were!

7/7/2017 Algae on Peacock Pond

Went to Wheaton today with G to attend a kids concert.  Not as successful an evening as I had hoped, but we did walk around the pond and this algae was making some pretty neat patterns.  Not the evening I expected, but we had a nice time together nonetheless.  #savoreverymoment
