This pulley is from a sliding door which I can only assume used to be part of an old mill in Northboro. We chanced by the mill and it's dam (now a cascading waterfall) on the way back from lunch today. A portion of the water was sent down a sluice and then rushed back into the main body of water after the waterfall. This door had either fallen or had been placed over the sluice and probably functions as a makeshift bridge. I didn't test it out.... I had a feeling it hadn't been put there on purpose.
