Mom and I made valentines today and while in the middle of our usual design angst, I was trying out different inks on a resist of clear pigment ink on glossy paper to see what colors were strong enough and also matched the cards we were making. By the end of things, I had a nice pile of different colored hearts with no cards to match. They looked really cute stacked together like flower petals though.

paper!!! i see paper!!! ;)
I have become obsessed with using versamark on glossy and then doing direct to paper inking. I think it's a disease, lol.
Jo, the hearts and the picture are absolutely beautiful. You should just leave them as a decoration.
I think that's what I'm going to do. I'll just glue them all together to make them an ornament or something.
